Summary:
The article is A computer analysis of the amino acid sequences from the putative gene products of retroviral pal genes has revealed a 150-residue segment that is homologous with the rib nuclease H of Escherichia coli. The segment occurs at the carboxyl terminus of the region assigned to the 90-kDa reverse transcriptase polypeptide. The order of activities in the pal gene is thus: polymerase-rib nuclease. On another note, all retroviral end nuclease sequences contain a consensus zinc-binding "finger." This should not be confused with the Well-known zinc requirement of reverse transcriptase’.

From this article we can know that computer science can help biology, the reason of that is computer can makes the calculation faster than human doing. Computer can do everything want the human want them to do. We should study hard to improve computer’s functions. Because of the useful machine: computer, it’s the really good friend for person. Actually, I’m a Biology Fan, I want to learn everything else about computer, I want to improve the gene’s computer like a special computer. That’s is my dream to mix biology and computer science together.
